parallel run for the simulated annealing was created by james010217
Hi all,

Does anyone know how can I perform the simulated annealing (CG to AA reverse transformation) using parallel cores? I tried "mpirun -np 4 mdrun -coarse xxxxxx", but four separate runs were started. Any suggest will be appreciated. Thanks.

Sadly the reverse transformation currently only works on single cores.
