Boundary conditions diffusion in Martini tutorial was created by satnamphysics
Hi All,
I am studying the diffusion in the manual md.chem.rug.nl/cgmartini/index.php/bilayers
In this only one box is considered for diffusion . If I have a big sample then I have to apply periodic boundary conditions . Why it is not consider as periodic in the manual ??
