DMPC Mapping was created by gordo
I'm looking for a CG-mapping scheme for translating an all-atom DMPC molecule into a 10 bead RBCG model (3 beads per tail).
If anyone has a copy of such a CG map, I'd greatly appreciate a copy to avoid doing the entire thing by hand.
Thanks in advance.

There is no "official" mapping for DMPC but I believe that you should be able to define it yourself using your chemical intuition. Following the DPPC/POPC available in the backwards tool.

Check in
here
. You'll find mappings for several atomistic force fields. To Martini that said.
