Dear all Martini model users,

I am getting in trouble with doing restarts or extending simulation when I use Martini Coarse grained model. I run parallel simulations using gromacs 4.02, 4.03 or 4.07.

The check point file can be read, but the program keeps crashing and reports error like this: p0_9159: p4_error: interrupt SIGSEGV: 11 .
I have search the gromacs mail-list and found no solution for my problem. Did any one encounter similar problem? Could you give me some suggestions?
