Add ions for mixed solvents was created by zhenzey
I am new to Martini and Gromacs and I am working on a polypeptide assembly system under different solvents. I was following the high-throughput peptide assembly tutorial but I got confused when I need to add ions. What am I supposed to do if I need to add ions to mixed solvent system (e.g. water + ethanol)?
