Well you should start looking in the Downloads section!
Then you may be referring to the file that would be used by the new definition of force fields in the most recent Gromacs version. Martini does not work as the atomistic force fields do. Typically you can not use the pdb2gmx tool of gromacs to build a topology, so the different files as defined in an atomistic simulation are not necessary.
Have a look at the tutorials to get an idea of how to do things.
