I was wondering whether an equilibrated anionic phospholipid bilayer like POPG/DOPG is available for down-load or not.128 Lipid bilayer will be greatly appreciated.

There is no anionic phospholipid bilayer for download available.
However, it is easy to create such a bilayer, following steps 1d,1a&1b in the tutorial on this site. For 128 lipids this would take less then an hour of computational time. If this gives any trouble, feel free to ask again!

may be should put some coordinate file for different lipid bilayer and that could even include different their topologies ...
