mapping for 12-bead DOPC was created by Hongtham
Dear all,
I downloaded the backward.zip file from the website. However, there is only the bead mapping of old DOPC (which consists of 14 beads per dopc molecule). I tried to find the new one (which consists of 12 beads per dopc molecule) but I couldn't. Can any one can help me? from all atom/united atom to coarse grained dopc.
