DPC single monomer was created by atefeh.ghlzd
Dear friends,
In "Downloads" section I found a dpc.gro file for a micelle with 54 monomers.
I need a single monomer of DPC for generating a larger micelle. Is there any problem if I delete extra atoms in gro file to achieve a single monomer? Should I do any thing else?
I will appreciate any help.
