tryptophan mapping was created by irewood
Hello people!
I'm trying to map a tryptophan structurally related molecule.
I looked at amino acid mapping (Monticelli et Al. 2008, article: The MARTINI Coarse-Grained Force Field: Extension to Proteins) and available aminoacid Martini FF.
I'm trying to assign atom-to-bead at tryptophan side chain,
the arrived assignation was
Trp
All atom
Cε2 Cβ
// /
Cζ2 Cδ2----Cγ
| || ||
Cω Cε1 Cδ1
\ / /
Cζ1 N
CG
SC4
/ |
SC4 | SC4--
| /
SP1
From monticelli table
SC4-SP1-SC4-SC4
SC4: Cβ-Cγ-Cδ2
SP1: Cδ1-N -Cε1
SC4: Cε2-Cζ2
SC4: Cε1-Cω
That's wright??
thanks in advance

Your 'images' are a bit hard to read, but it seems all to be correct.
