Extending the Martini coarse-grained force field to N-glycosylations was created by CGMD
Hi everybody,
I checked the article here: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.05.08.085399v1 . Briefly, this article explains how to extend the Martini coarse-grained force-field with N-glycosylations. Indeed, my protein contains N-glycans, but I do not know how to introduce them correctly in the Martini representation (version 2.2), so that the martinize python script can recognize them properly. For this reason, I've got two questions:
1 - Are there any topology files that contain the N-glycans extension already?
2 - In case these topologies are missing, which files should I have to change (e.g. martini_v2.2.itp) accordingly to the information I found in the supplementary data?
Thank you in advance,
Alessandro.
