DNA/peptide/lipid was created by Lati
Hi,
I have a system containing DNA, peptide and lipids.
martini_v2.2.itp will not work for DNA.
martini_v2.1-dna.itp is working for my system which contains all bead types. Is it correct to use martini_v2.1-dna.itp for my system? Does martini_v2.1-dna.itp contains updated martini_v2.2.itp?
(yes, I specify lipid.itp file too and protein.itp generated from martinize.py)
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. People working with DNA would know best but... I think the changes between v2.1 and v2.2 concern only models (things like going from a SC4-SC4-SC4 to a SC5-SC5-SC5 model for phenylalanine) and the interaction matrix should be the same. What happens if you compare the v2.1 and v.2.2 itps (using vimdiff or similar) - do you see any changes (besides that in Martini 2.2 tiny-beads are not defined)?
