Dear Martini Users,

I want to build long chain ssDNA with 2.2 kb and I tried to use the one which is NAFlex as suggested by tutorial. However, NAFlex does not support the DNA longer than 500 b which is far from what I need to build.

Therefore, I was wondering if you know any other software/resources can be used to build long chain ssDNA, and I can use with MARTINI model and ff. Thanks in advance for your help.
