Hi,

I am trying to use Martini 3 to build a coarse-grain model of a ribosome-nascent chain complex and martinize2 does not work for the RNA chains of the ribosome. I have seen there is a thread on manually including nucleic acids into the martini3001 forcefield files but was wondering it there could be some more details into how to do this?
