Hi,
I want to simulate a vesicle of 1500 dppc. I inserted 1500 dppc in a 25nm cubic box with 1500000 cg water. I need to add an additional layer of 5 nm width of water to prevent interference with boundaries. How can I add this layer in the box?

Try using genbox with a pre-equilibrated box of water (see the download section of this website).
