Hello

I am trying do Coarse Grain MD Simulations for RNA structures. I cannot find a force field or way to obtain topology files to proceed in Gromacs. Any ideas or suggestions very much appreciated.

There are no Martini parameters for RNA yet. We are working on them however. But that will be of no help right now.
