hi,
i dont use the reverse transformation tool to get cg mapping topology for bonded parameter.i used AA trajectory and g_dist to get bond between COM to two group of atoms and used g_angle to compute angle between atoms that forms 3 beads.
is the value true to insert in ch topology?
