error when making CG representation was created by thu nguyen
Dear All,

When i make cg file by using command
./martinize.py -f pro_mem.pdb -o sys.top -x cg_sys.pdb -dssp /usr/local/bin/dssp -p backbone

the error is
ERROR A problem occured calling /usr/local/bin/dssp.

What can i do to fix this error ?

Did you check to see if DSSP works by itself? What happens if you type: /usr/local/bin/dssp pro_mem.pdb

When i type : /usr/local/bin/dssp pro_mem.pdb

the error appears: bash: /usr/local/bin/dssp: cannot execute binary file
