Hi ,


I want to coarse grain a polymer in the framework of Martini force field. However, I have no experience for coarse graining force field parameters. Could anybody tell me the steps for doing it if using your FF or recommend a paper about coarse graining recipe to me. Any suggest is appreciated.

You should read the latest general paper on the Martini FF: marrink2007-JPC/B and the most recent one on a polymer could be also useful. You'll find the links to theses papers on the publication list on the top menu bar.
