backward mapping for POPC was created by tkim
Hello,
I am trying to convert POPC from charmm36 to martini model using backward.py.
But, I found the different the number of beads between backward mapping(13) and force field(12).
Would you help me to edit backward mapping file for POPC(12) or tell me where I can download new version of mapping file?

Please try the newest version of Insane from Github:

That should fix the old/new mapping issue.
