Calculating pressure field was created by anjukris
Hello,
I wanted to use the tool developed by Ollila et al for the calculation of local pressure field for my CG protein-membrane system. However, I am unable to find it upon clicking the link provided on this page -

Why has it been removed? Can I get access to it?

Hi Anjali,
For me the link works - I can download the "pressure-tools.tar.gz" and extract the content. Can you try again? I could otherwise send you an email with the tarball if you leave your email address here.
Another option is to get in touch with Otilla et al.

Hi Riccardo,
Thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay in mine! Sorry I forgot to mention that I am not able to download the modified version gromacs which calculates the stress tensor. I have the zip file with the analysis tools. That worked! The original link to Otilla's page seems to have been changed/expired.

I am unable to compile the analysis script using gcc! I keep getting this error
sudo gcc -lm planar_av.c -o planar_av
/tmp/ccZYQ7tS.o: In function `norm':
planar_av.c:(.text+0x65): undefined reference to `sqrt'
/tmp/ccZYQ7tS.o: In function `main':
planar_av.c:(.text+0x1ad3): undefined reference to `floor'
