atomic model to CG model for polymer was created by xiaoyingw
Hi,
who can tell me how to convert a atomic model to a CG model for polymers? My system is chitosan.I try atom2cg to get a pdb file .But I find it seems more suitable for protein.What should I do if I want to get a CG model of chitosan ?

Dear Xiaoying,

There is unfortunately no tool to convert all polymers from atomistic to CG! The atom2cg is for proteins ..

You may inspire yourself from that script to write your own for you polymer :))
