In fact, H (i.e. HIS i.e. Histidine) ought to have a charge +1.
But in the seq2itp.pl, H => 0.0 , as follows:
# charges
our %q_hash = (
G => 0.0, A => 0.0, D =>-1.0, N => 0.0, E =>-1.0, Q => 0.0, V => 0.0,
L => 0.0, I => 0.0, M => 0.0, T => 0.0, S => 0.0, C => 0.0, K => 1.0,
R => 1.0, H => 0.0, F => 0.0, P => 0.0, W => 0.0, Y => 0.0);
So, should I change H => 0.0 to H => 1.0 ?
