Martinize for Cyt c was created by dariush
I tried to convert atomistic pdb file of cytochrome c to CG one, but same as previous, it does not have HEME group.
More important thing is, all amino acids beads also have just BB, SC1, SC2 or SC3 type. Could you please let me know what are those? or should I define type of the bead according the paper myself manually?

At the moment, martinize only processes amino acids, not ligands or cofactors. You will have to do some handwork for that. The BB and SC* are the names of the beads, not the types. The names are generic, the types you can find in the moleculetype definitions.
