Hello all,

I am giving try to GoMartini implemented with the new martini. I have martinized the protein with martinize2. Next step is to use CG protein structure and get a contact map from info.ifpan.edu.pl/~rcsu/rcsu/index.html

When I run the protein through the server, the output (.map) file returns without any contact data. I have correctly named my chains in PDB. I have also tried individual chain, but it also returns empty map file.

Has anyone recently used the server with success?
