Hi,
Is there another program to visualize gro file in martini model? I use VMD but I don’t access the console to use the command for seeding bonds. And in that way I see just points and can't see the bonds.

No, there's no other solution known than sourcing the bond script in VMD. But how are you not having access to the command line window?
