generating a system of DOPC was created by sudel
Hi,

I was wondering why does this situation arise? I was trying to setup a system of 128 DOPC molecule and want to put the water molecules at the two sides of the bilayer. Foe that purpose I used 1a tutorial. However, the following command doesn't generate correct box. The water molecules are placed inside the layer and the dimension of the box still 7.5 A^3

genbox -cp minimised_dopc.gro -cs water.gro -o waterbox.gro -maxsol 768 -vdwd 0.21

I don't understand where is my wrong?
