Make a model of sillica and use a script to build a sphere at the right density. I think you question is too vague to give more detailed assistance. What did you already try? What is it you do not understand, etc. etc.

Hello again,
Thank you for your answer. I have another question.
I was trying to martinize all atoms from a unit cell of silica (alpha cristibalite) but the scrip.py available in one of the tutorial (lysozime) recognized the silica atoms as HETATM, which I do not want.
Is there any way to considered the HETATM atoms or do I need to manually coarse grained my unit cell?
