Hello everyone,
How can I make a ghost bead in martini3? I mean a bead that has not any interaction with any other bead, and does not have any mass and volume. Just I need it to be present as a name in gro and itp file but invisible in the box.

Hey.
Martini 3 has a "U" bead, which has no LJ interactions. By default the bead has a mass of 24, but you can change it in your itp file. Do keep in mind that you can't have a mass of 0, unless you construct the bead as a virtual site.
