Martini RNA

Ever expanding on the diversity in our forcefields, we are currently working on RNA. The RNA forcefield is still in its beta, but it is here if you would like to give it a shot. The Martini RNA comes in a package with a martinize script to generate the Martini topology files for RNA and DNA molecules. It also includes a backmapping file to convert the coarse RNA into atomistic RNA (AMBER and CHARMM) using our backmapping procedure[1].
