Assigning specific charges to fixed CG model was created by sourav
With the help of fix_martini_psf.tcl, one can assign the charge of +1 to N-terminus and -1 to C-terminus in the fixed coarse-grained molecule in VMD. Can someone please suggest how can specific charges other than these can be assigned?
