Hello floris,

i install fftw from www.fftw.org then (1)./configure (2)make (3)make install
then i download gromacs 3.3.1 version from this www.gromacs.org/Downloads site and again configure ,make ,make all because im working on windows7 so i install cygwin for linux environment and when i open the bin file of gromacs this g_fg2cg is not there.
i tried this thing in ubunto 12 version it showing the same error.
Tell me what i have to do?

So have you already know how to install the g_fg2cg?

To perform a reverse transformation you need to install the gromacs 3.3.1 version that has been modified accordingly. You'll find it at this link:
