using g_membed with Martini forcefield was created by thu nguyen
Hi All,

Is the g_membed tool compatible with Martini ff ? I set up the parameters in sample.mdp file under the guidance of Martini website and g_membed paper.

But terminal notices the error "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". Is the using g_membed requires more memory ?
