Dear All,

I want to use tool g_fg2cg to covert CG to AA representation. I installed gromacs 3.3.1, but i do not have tool g_fg2cg in this version.
Can you give me a right version.tar.gz ?

On this website, if you go to Tools, there is a link to: "Switching between atomistic and coarse-grained resolutions". There you should find the correct tar.gz file.

I downloaded the tar.gz file but the link md.chem.rug.nl/cgmartini/images/stories/tutorial/gmx_rev.tar.gz died :-(

The link was indeed broken. Thanks for reporting! I fixed it, you should now be able to download the source code again.
