Hi all,

I need to calculate 2-dimensional distribution function, i.e. g(r, theta) on my MARTINI system.

I've already surfed the net to find software or analysis tools to do that, but I actually failed. Gromacs 4.6 does not allow the calculation of this function yet.

I'd just like to know if among MARTINI users, there's someone with my same issue who could suggest me any tool (if existing) to use for this purpose.

As usual, any comment will be really appreciated.
