converting a system from cg to all atom was created by jhosamelly
Hi everyone!
I'm trying to convert a system from coarse grain to all atom. I'm using reverse transformation to no avail. I always get this error,
Number of fg atoms 81318
Number of cg atoms 3539
Reading frames from gro file 'COMB', 3539 atoms.
Last frame 0 time 0.000
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
to whom can I send my files to check? Please? I badly need help. Thanks.
