Dear all,
This question might sound silly, but what is the best value for the z-axis vector when specifying box size for insane.py? I mean in most of the time we are constructing a lipid bilayer so the thickness of the membrane is actually limited to double the length of a lipid. Why would we still have to define the z value?

Depending on the size and composition of your system, you can end up with undulations, bulking, tethers, ... The z dimension one precises is about amount of solvent, not really about bilayer thickness, which will equilibrate itself in the first steps of your simulation.
