Martinize: Go-Martini contact maps was created by anjukris
I have been attempting to martinize an atomistic structure of a full length H-Ras protein using GoMartini. Currently I am using the Martini2 forcefield to set up these simulations.
I came across this GoMartini tutorial via the official Martini webpage - info.ifpan.edu.pl/~panos/panos/GoMartini.html . However I am not sure if the script provided here uses the OV+rCSU contact map for generating inter-residue contacts. From what I understand, it uses only the OV map. How do I incorporate the rCSU contact information obtained from the info.ifpan.edu.pl/~rcsu/rcsu/index.html server? Alternatively, is there an updated script I could use?
Help would be greatly appreciated!!
Cheers,
Anjali
